Petra Linea Villa
A project which is currently in the construction stage.Consists of 2 independent villas with private pools in the area of Poros.The brief introduces 2 villas of two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and common living spaces, flexibly transforming the residence into a summer vacation complex of independent ones, that courtesy of the area’s hilly terrain, offers view of the coast and the Mediterranean Sea.
Two contemporary villas in which natural light, the views offered by the immaculate location and the dialogue between the interior, the patios and the exterior take centre stage.
Material Palette: Built using authentic local materials, featuring linear-cut local fieldstone, limestone, and wire-brushed oak that mirror the natural topography.
Advanced Engineering: Developed using drone-assisted topographical mapping, environmental light simulations, and high-fidelity Physically Based Rendering (PBR) to eliminate construction uncertainty.
